Recipe Mate is a recipe sharing and meal planning platform that allows users to search for, save, and share recipes with one another. Our app is available for download on various app stores, and is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only.

In order to access certain features of our app, you will be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by the account registration form, and to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are solely responsible for your conduct on our app and any content that you submit, post, or share through our app. By using our app, you agree not to:

- Use our app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including, but not limited to, the transmission of viruses, worms, or other malicious code.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, AND WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS.

IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

You agree to indemnify and hold Recipe Mate and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of our app, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
